How do I cancel an order on LEXOLEX.com?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at decor@lexolex.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. 

Note: and for some reason, we have got the product dispatched from here, yet if the customer has returned the item, then it cannot be refunded. 

Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled /  refunded once the order is processed, but in case you still wish to cancel the order, you will be charged the designing charges from the prepaid amount, if applicable.

Return Policy:

We offer easy and hassle-free exchange or returns for NON-Personalized products. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 5 working days of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
